This carrier is a single-size model. Based on the product photos and typical use, we recommend this carrier for small-to-medium dogs (we recommend dogs up to ~25 lbs). Common fits: French Bulldog, Pug, Shih Tzu, Dachshund, small Terriers, or similarly sized pets.
How to confirm fit — 3 quick steps:
- Measure your dog’s length: nose to base of tail, in inches.
- Measure shoulder height: floor to top of shoulders, in inches.
- Weigh your dog in pounds (lbs).
Quick decision guide: if your dog is under ~25 lbs and can comfortably sit and turn around in a small carrier (most dogs under ~16 inches nose-to-tail and under ~12 inches shoulder height), this product should suit them well. If your dog is heavier or taller than these guideline numbers, consider a larger car pet seat.
Tip: place a towel of the same thickness you plan to use inside the carrier and gently set your dog in it — if they can sit and turn without their head hitting the mesh, the fit is good.
